Versatile Blog Award

Tessa Quin has kindly passed on the versatile blogger award to me. Thanks so much Tessa.

The Rules for The Versatile Blogger Award:

  1. Thank and link back to the person that gave you the award.
  2. Share seven things about yourself.
  3. Pass the award to fifteen bloggers that you think deserve it.
  4. Lastly, contact all of the bloggers that youโ€™ve picked for the award.

So thanks again Tessa and I have included your link.

Seven things about me:

1. I own at least seven different dictionaries (names, mythological characters, etc).

2. I don’t borrow books from the library because I have a hard time returning great stories.

3. I recently started playing netball again, for the first time in five years.

4. I don’t mind spiders unless they are crawling on me.

5. I am trying to learn to speak Japanese – in all that free time that I don’t have.

6. I still own a hula-hoop from when I was seven.

7. I don’t like eating toast.

Passing this on to:

Everyone who is hosting me in the blog tour: Eric, Geoffrey, Lua, Sonya, Alex Willging, Laura, Alex J Cavanaugh, Mason, Carol, Susan, Jemi, Nancy, Lee, Stephen, Barb, Steven, Rosemary, Little Scribbler, and Hart Johnson.

This is a great list of blogs from some of the most supportive bloggers I’ve met. Thanks all of you and congratulations on the award.

Just a reminder, tomorrow I am going to over on Sonya’s blog for my first interview of the tour.

Congratulations on the award, Cassandra. It’s well deserved! I can certainly relate to your #2 — although I do borrow from the library, when I find a book I love and then have to return it, I want to go out and buy my own copy. ๐Ÿ™‚ I can’t go along with your #4, however. Spiders… yuck!!

  2. Melissa said,

Congrats on the award! Your blog is amazing so you really do deserve it! I also hate toast. It’s just… nasty haha.

Thank you for the award. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m honored.

I can relate to your No. 2. Some people also throw their books away after reading them. I just can’t do it.

    Congrats Cassandra! Wish I didn’t mind spiders…but I’m petrified of them..eek

  5. Lua said,

Congratulations on your award Cassandra- and thank you so much for passing it on to me! It was a blast having you over @ Bowl of Oranges!
I canโ€™t borrow books from the library either, when I see a good line- I have the urge to underline it and the library people think thatโ€™s not cool! ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Barb said,

*sqee!* thank you! Read your novel on vacation, but still have to catch up on blog posts… Will be in touch soon for the blog tour! ๐Ÿ˜€

  7. Laura Diamond said,

Congrats & thanks! The blog has been awesome!!!

Also, I don’t borrow books either–I wanna keep the stories with me too. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I’m one who collects books too. I can’t seem to get rid of any.
